Booking and payments for services cannot be cancelled. The booking is directly made to temples and is bound by their cancellation policy. However, we will be happy to talk to you on alternate measures or changes to booking and do the needful to your satisfaction.

Payments are non-refundable, including fees and other charges. Please see details for specific scenarios:
In cases where devotee made the payment and money got debited from the account, but the transaction didn't complete and/or devotee didn't receive any intimation, the money will be refunded in 4-7 working days.
Once the booking is successfully completed, the Temples will do the pooja or service on the requested date with the given details. User will not be able to cancel a booking or request for refund. However, we will be happy to talk to devotee on alternate measures or changes to the booking.
Every devotee knows the status of the pooja through the phone number or email of the temple. Prasadam/offerings will be sent to devotee if requested and paid for. Once the pooja is done, we will not be able to postpone, refund or cancel under any circumstances.
