Services: This Contract applies to nextpooja.com and other websites hosted by Shivam CloudSoft Solutions LLP, apps, communications and other services offered under this Contract.

When you register and join the NextPooja Service you become a Member. If you have chosen not to register, you may access certain features as a Visitor.

1.3 Change

We may modify this Contract from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide you notice through our Services. Your continued use after we publish changes means you consent to the updated terms.

2. Obligations

2.1 Service Eligibility

The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 18. To use the Services, you agree that: (1) you must be the Minimum Age (16 years) or older; (2) you will only have one account, which must be in your real name; and (3) you are not already restricted from using the Services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIVAM CLOUDSOFT SOLUTIONS LLP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

5. Termination

Both you and Shivam CloudSoft Solutions LLP may terminate this Contract at any time with notice. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services. Any amounts owed prior to termination remain owed after termination.

6. Governing Law

In the unlikely event of a legal dispute, you and Shivam CloudSoft Solutions LLP agree to resolve it in Indian courts using Indian laws.
